The working core of the fleet. What most airport runs, meetings and weekly hires are allocated from.
The everyday standard
Mercedes-Benz E-Class, BMW 5 Series or equivalent
The default car for airport runs and meetings. Quiet, comfortable, and sized so that luggage still fits when the passenger count creeps up.
Saloon comfort, double the boot
Mercedes-Benz E-Class Estate, BMW 5 Series Touring or equivalent
The answer to the most common problem on an airport run: three passengers who each packed for two weeks. Same cabin as the executive saloon, with luggage space that does not force an upgrade to an SUV.
First class on the road
Mercedes-Benz S-Class, BMW 7 Series or equivalent
Long-wheelbase comfort with proper rear legroom — the car to book when the journey itself is part of the impression, or when it is long enough to matter.
Height, space and presence
Range Rover, Mercedes-Benz GLE or equivalent
A higher seating position, more luggage room, and easier access — often the practical choice for families and for anyone who would rather not drop into a low seat.
First Class
Prestige cars for weddings and occasions where the car is part of the day rather than a way of getting there.
The car is the occasion
Rolls-Royce Phantom, Bentley Flying Spur
A prestige car with a chauffeur trained to drive it as the occasion requires — slowly past the photographer, quietly the rest of the time. Booked by the specific car rather than by class.
Prestige cars are confirmed as a named model and registration before the day, never substituted for an equivalent. Availability is the constraint here, not price — book as early as you can.

The step up when eight people and eight suitcases have to leave from one address at one time. Standing-height rear access and a luggage bay rather than a stacked boot.
The whole party, still one vehicle
Ford Transit 16-seater, Mercedes-Benz Sprinter or equivalent
Wedding guests, a corporate away-day, a stag or hen group, a full team to a fixture — sixteen seats with a licensed driver, so nobody is counting cars or splitting a group across three arrival times.
Groups above sixteen are quoted as multiple vehicles departing together. Say the total head count in the notes and the operator will size it properly.
Quote this class →Model names are indicative of class and finish. Our operator allocates from available licensed stock, so the exact make may differ — the class, capacity and standard will not. The exception is the First Class tier, which is confirmed as a named model and registration before the day. Groups larger than 16 are quoted as multiple vehicles travelling together.
Send the journey and the passenger and luggage count — we'll have the operator recommend the right car with the quote. Eight people with eight suitcases and eight with hand baggage are two different vehicles, so it is worth saying which.
